with double sofa bed, kitchen, fireplace, TV LED , fridge, refrigerator.
The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Services included :

- Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels (changed weekly)
- Use of swimming pools, gazebo, parking area, wi-fi
- Use of the fireplace (where present) only for heating purposes (not for
cooking food)
Services not included :
- Breakfast on request
- The use of the washing machine with washing soaps 5€ per wash
- Upon request small pets of small-medium sizes only are accepted 10€ per
day.
Note:
The apartment can be rent also for few days, minimu 3 nights.
On arrival, security damage deposit of 200 € to be paid in cash and returned on
the day of departure (except damages).
